Your work. Your tools.

No new project-management software to adopt.

We build the system around your team: clear project records, practical workflows, and useful dashboards in the Google or Microsoft tools you already use.

Then we tailor the AI support to the tools and access you have.

One issue.
A clear next step.

A material mismatch becomes a verified requirement, a prepared correction, and a clear decision for the next owner. Follow the handoff in one minute.

  1. Start with a clear view. The Cypress House dashboard brings an issue, its owner, and the next action into one view.
  2. Check the evidence. The specification calls for material B; the purchasing record lists material A. The engineer opens the supporting specification.
  3. Make the handoff explicit. The engineer verifies the requirement, and the project manager prepares a correction. The next decision belongs to the senior project manager.
  4. Understand the impact. The forecast includes $2,400 in extra cost. A proposed $3,000 customer change remains pending; it is not treated as approved revenue.
  5. Give AI a useful record to work from. A scripted briefing identifies the responsible person and links to the supporting record. The team reviews the answer.

What we set up / 02

A working system.
Built around your team.

We start with the work that keeps getting stuck, then shape the records, routines, and views around it. The setup is tailored; the tools stay familiar.

01 / THE RECORDS

Know where things stand.

A project register, decision log, and organized working files. Owners, dates, status, and evidence have a consistent home.

Project register + decision log
02 / THE ROUTINE

Make the next step obvious.

Practical playbooks, checklists, and handoffs that tell the team what happens next and who is responsible.

Process guides + handoffs
03 / THE VIEW

Find the decision that matters.

Optional dashboards and AI-assisted briefings built around the working records, with source links and a review step.

Useful views + clearer AI context

From chasing updates
to a useful Monday meeting.

For a small restoration team, we could build a setup like this around their shared workspace.

THE FRICTION

The latest supplier date is in an email. The budget is in a spreadsheet. The next owner is waiting for someone to tell them.

WHAT WE SET UP
  • A shared register for active projects, owners, dates, and blockers.
  • A change log that links decisions to their supporting records.
  • A simple view of what needs attention, plus a weekly review checklist.
  • AI instructions for drafting a briefing from accessible project records.
THE WEEKLY ROUTINE

The team updates the records, checks what is blocked, and reviews the briefing before the meeting. Every open decision has an owner and a next step.

Working together / 04

We set it up.
Your team makes it their own.

Start with one real workflow. Build something usable. Practice it with the people who will run it.

  1. 01

    Understand the friction.

Walk through a project, the tools you use, and the information people keep chasing. Agree on the first workflow and what success looks like.

    A clear scope
  2. 02

Build it. Test it with your work.

Set up the records, guides, views, and supported connections. Check the handoffs, permissions, and source information together.

    A working setup
  3. 03

Train the team. Refine the routine.

Practice a full cycle, document the setup, and hand it over. Agree on optional support if you want help maintaining or extending it.

A team ready to use it

Good questions / 05

Familiar tools.
Clear expectations.

Do we need another project-management subscription?

The core setup is designed around your existing Google or Microsoft workspace. We confirm any additional AI licenses, connectors, or optional hosting costs before agreeing the scope.

Can we use the AI we already have?

That is the starting point. We assess your AI product, plan, permissions, and workflow. Reading files, updating records, and running scheduled tasks are separate capabilities, and we test the ones your setup needs.

Do we have to use a Blue Chameleon portal?

No. Your team can use the working files directly. A dashboard is an optional view of those records when it makes the work easier. Your usual workspace sign-in and access controls still apply.

Do we get templates, or do you set everything up?

We set up and tailor the agreed system with you. That includes adapting the records and routines, testing the workflow, and training your team. The scope is agreed before the build starts.

Where do our records live?

The core working records stay in your workspace. We agree any additional storage or dashboard hosting explicitly, document the setup, and identify which records the team should treat as authoritative.

Is the video a live Google or Microsoft integration?

The video shows an interactive prototype with fictional project data and a scripted AI briefing. It demonstrates the workflow. Connections to a client's workspace are separately configured and tested during setup.

What is your team
still chasing?
